Pakistanis go green on 14th August to exalt their flag and independence day. On this day, Pakistanis wear green, hold independence day ceremonies, and pay tribute to the independence fighters and leaders. This day instils a nationalist spirit in Pakistanis and reminds them that they are united no matter what happens.
If you have been to Pakistan or are a resident of Pakistan, you must have seen flying jets colouring the sky, soldiers marching the parade grounds, and children chanting the slogans of long live Pakistan. It's all about 23rd March which is celebrated as Pakistan day and recalls the importance of the historic resolution of Pakistan.

Muhammad Ali Jinnah, often known as Quaid e Azam, was India's greatest Muslim leader and the creator of Pakitan. He was born in Karachi on December 25, 1876. He brought Muslims together under his magnificent leadership and led them to their long-awaited independence. He is referred to be the nation's father, and his memory is revered. Throughout the country, special activities and programs are organized in his honour. A dawn salute of 31 guns and a change of guard at his magnificent monument are the highlights of the day.
Pakistan's national poet is Allama Muhamad Iqbal. He was a brilliant Urdu and Persian poet. He is revered because he reawakened Muslim spirits in their struggle for independence. His birthday is commemorated as Iqbal Day, a day dedicated to remembering his beliefs. People flock to his mausoleum in Lahore, as well as his mansions in Sialkot and Lahore.
